Title I Superlative Reward Schools are those schools that met Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for two consecutive years (2010-11 and 2011-12) and are in the top 10% of all Title I schools showing the most improvement on the Maryland School Assessment (MSA) between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, these schools made a gain of at least 18 percentage points for "all students," on the MSAs despite their status of having a student body population of 50% or more economically disadvantaged students.
