Maryland Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., State Schools Superintendent Nancy S. Grasmick and others welcome Montgomery County's Kim Oliver, just named National Teacher of the Year, to Annapolis. The music is by the Bethesda Chevy Chase High School strings.
