Dr. Lowery will keynote this year’s symposium for emerging leaders in the system.

10 a.m., Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast and Minority Recognition Awards Program,
BWI Hilton, 1739 W. Nursery Road, Linthicum Heights, MD  21090
Dr. Lowery will attend the annual breakfast and awards program sponsored by the Maryland State Education Association.
