WHO:             Maryland Master Teachers
                        Representatives from the Maryland State Department of Education

WHAT:          Gathering of Master Teachers involved in MSDE’s Educator Effectiveness Academies over the past three years.  The Academies were three-day intensive professional development programs designed to prepare educators for Maryland’s College and Career-Ready Standards.  The focus groups will look at school and system progress implementing the Standards and chart the need for additional professional development for educators.
