Maryland State Superintendent Lillian M. Lowery will celebrate the success of one the State’s top schools this Friday, as her annual Blue Ribbon Tour of Excellence makes a stop at Lake Shore Elementary School in Anne Arundel County.
Lake Shore Elementary in Pasadena is one of six Maryland Blue Ribbon Schools selected earlier this year. The school has a strong history of academic achievement, a top-notch faculty with 25 percent of its teachers attaining National Board Certification, and has a major focus in the arts.
