MSDE Announcement: Call for Proposals: Imagination Tool Box- Integration, Creativity, and Innovation Conference

Baltimore, MD (April 29, 2014)

The Maryland State Department of Education’s Division of Curriculum, Assessment and Accountability is sponsoring  a conference  on how the arts and arts integration support College and Career-Ready Standards, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. The conference will feature a slam format where presenters explain the success of a project in short 7 minute power point presentations, followed by discussion and questions.  There will also be participant involvement in creative problem solving scenarios and networking with the audience of educators, teaching artists, artists, and museum and business personnel.

The conference will be held 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24 at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore.  Registration deadline is June 11. 


Deadline for proposals is May 9.
