Maryland State Superintendent of Schools Lillian Lowery will be in Annapolis today, visiting a series of training sessions taking place to prepare the next generation of school leaders and to further improve Teacher-Principal Evaluation.
The sessions are part of the continuing work of the Maryland State Department of Education as it further improves State classrooms through the State’s $250 million Race to the Top program. MSDE today is releasing an update on its Race to the Top progress after four years. That report, “Reaching World Class,” can be found here.
