Our Goal
The goals of the program are to build awareness among parents that involvement in their children’s education is critical and to provide resources that make this involvement easy and fun. This website includes a parent page with information and resources for parents, activities for families, links to Maryland Public Libraries and other family friendly websites, information on what's new, and corporate sponsors supporting this initiative.
Our Mission
The mission of MSDE is to be the pathfinder for raising the awareness of family centered education as a venue for empowering parents, sustaining families, and reaching the academic potential of children in a diverse society.
